ATIC is designed to help people support one another within communities. Information you submit may be visible to members of your community or other users according to the app’s features, group settings, and visibility options. We do not guarantee that content shared with other users will remain confidential. Other users may copy, save, or share content they can access.

ATIC does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct us to share it, when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, or when required or permitted by law.

Third-party services operate under their own policies. ATIC does not control how independent third parties use information they receive, and we encourage users to review those policies before proceeding.

Connected Giving Platforms and Third-Party Services

ATIC may offer integrations or links to third-party giving platforms, payment processors, charitable organizations, fundraising services, or other external services. When you choose to use one or authorize a transaction, ATIC may transmit the information reasonably necessary to facilitate that action, including your name, contact information, community need or recipient details, contribution or transaction information, and other information required by the service.

We aim to limit information shared to what is reasonably necessary. Where applicable, we will disclose what a connected service requests and seek your authorization before transmitting information or initiating an action that requires consent.

A third-party giving platform may collect payment and financial information directly under its own policy. Unless ATIC expressly provides payment processing, ATIC does not collect or store complete payment card or bank account credentials for transactions handled by those platforms.

These providers may process information as necessary to deliver services. Providers and information processed may vary as ATIC develops. We will update this policy when services or integrations materially change and, where required, provide additional disclosures or obtain consent.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your ATIC account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 11. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.

Some information may be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Information shared with other users or third-party services may have been copied, retained, or processed by those recipients. Where ATIC offers account creation, we intend to provide an accessible account-deletion process consistent with applicable platform requirements.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

You can choose what information to provide in optional profile fields and community posts. Connected third-party services may have their own privacy settings, permissions, and terms.

You may contact us with questions about our data practices or to exercise applicable privacy rights.

8. Children’s Privacy
